Regulation 903 Compliance
This program was specifically designed to streamline compliance with Ontario Regulation 903. Its primary goal is to ensure well records are complete, accurate, and verified by the driller before final submission.
The portal automates the collection of UTM coordinates and Well Tag numbers while providing an audit trail for well owner information requests.
Interface Layout and Colors
The Job Lookup page is color-coded to distinguish between data sources:
- Orange Panels: Display data fetched live from Zuperpro (Owner names, Mailing addresses, and UTM coordinates).
- Blue Panels: Display internal database data (Filing status, Map review link history, and office notes).
Driller Map Reviews
Before finalizing a well record, the driller must verify the physical location on the map.
- Click Preview Map to verify the coordinate data internally.
- Click Send New Review Link to email a secure map to the driller.
- If a driller rejects a map, they are required to provide notes on what needs correction.
Regular vs. Bulk Emailing
There are two ways to request well owner information:
- Regular Sending (Job Page): Use the Send Request button in the orange panel to follow up on a single specific project.
- Bulk Sending (Analytics Page): Use the Job Compliance Register to select multiple work orders at once.
Analytics and Performance Metrics
The Analytics dashboard tracks the efficiency of the review process using four key metrics:
Percentage of sent map reviews that have received a driller response.
Elapsed time from when the office sends the email to when the driller first opens the link.
Time the driller spent viewing the map before clicking confirm or reject.
Total duration from the initial office request to the final driller confirmation.
Job Compliance Register: This table shows all tracked jobs. You can sort by Work Order number and quickly identify which projects are missing driller reviews or internal notes.
